I can tell you the whipple tune inferred oil temps are the same from a whipple tuned non PP car and stock non PP car. So they didnt touch that stuff. I would assume you can add the ford racing oil cooler kit and just have the tune updated with the PP/DH values. Something a tuner would have to...
You get 31000 for ever Ford you buy. I had 62000 from the last two. You can call the dealer and ask. They usually require you set up the my ford app and add your car before they can add them to your account.
Edit: Sorry, 31000 points.
Take the 32000 ford points you get and put it toward the ford racing X pipe (resonator delete) thats normally $330 but those points get you to about half off. Ford service departments will install it for you for 1 hour labor, so for about $350 you get a warranty covered exhaust upgrade...
nope nothing in the tune at this point. If HPT releases the S650 trans brake patch, then we will have something like we do for the gen3 cars. But nothing yet, and pcmtec is still bricking half the cars that get multitune. So no nothing yet. But Im sure HPT will get that transbrake patch at...
Yes 100% accurate. You can change the inferred temps from the non PP to the PP or DH values if you add one of the Ford oil cooler kits. Not sure how accurate they are with the aftermarket oil cooler kits.
You talking about the painted mirror skull cap? That happened to me at a spray car wash. It just flew off from the pressure and landed in the grass 10 feet away. Looks like the tabs were either broken before or broke after and I had to put some RTV on the inside of it and snap it back in...
Well I am man enough to say when Im wrong, and on this one you are right and I was wrong.
I dug into the menus on mine and sure enough the fucking option was disabled and it was inside the adaptive cruise menu, not under the lane keep menu.
So yes you are correct. I am completely wrong, and...
Put it in manual mode and drop to the gear you want to cruise in. In some of the tunes I do, folks ask me to limit sport or track mode to hold in 7th or 8th which is easy to do and you dont have to use the paddles, but thats part of tuning.
Look. I understand what youre all saying. And if Im wrong here then I admit to being wrong. But Ive seen and live with both functionalities from both BC and non BC cars and they are not the same. They might be both loosely labeled as "lane centering", but they do not work the same. And if...
This is from a BE enabled Explorer and this is what Im talking about, which you do not have. The mustang is like dummy lane keep assist and if you let it go, it will start bouncing you from left to right. My F150 does that too. This is not that.
I guess we are talking about different things. I too own several of these cars with both bluecruise and just adaptive cruise. They are not the same thing. The lane centering terminology here is being used loosely. With bluecruise you are actually being centered in the lane actively, not just...
