Gee, if they only made the shipping blocks a bright color like yellow so they can be spotted at PDI. š§ These dealers sure have no problem charging that extra $1,500 for destination and dealer prep though donāt they?
Imagine working a job and not knowing a damn thing about it. Itās like...
Not to pile on, but yes, the recall applies to cars that have been built as far back as June 2024. There can be cars with 20,000 miles or more being recalled. Its not just new cars still sitting at the dealer.
+1!!! If it aināt wet, donāt āfix itā.
My intention is for my car to never see rain, snow and salt anyway. My 06 was 100% Rustang underneathā¦looked awful.
But for all of you guys with your new car stuck in Dealer Jail, I am truly happy for you all finally getting your cars! I was about to...
I think maybe you donāt like the style more than the color and donāt realize it? I think these wheels pictured below look much better on the car. I could only find a gray Mustang for an example, but you get the idea.
I admitā¦I am heavily biased toward this wheel styleā¦. š
Last I read⦠if the Mustang was built between June 2024 and July 2025, thereās a stop sale. Yet I bought mine in May because they didnāt issue the recall yet.
The stop-sale is stupid as hell and somewhere Ford pissed off NHTSA in the past.
I personally have no real issue with the OP post. I donāt agree with it from my POV, but looking at the cars he is coming from, I sort of get it. I donāt see it as trolling, IMO. I believe buddy has owned the cars he had, resulting in a different baseline to judge the Mustang from.
From all...
Welcome all! Itās funny, this is my 3rd Mustang in my life. Back in the 80ās I had a used 1979 Mustang Ghia 5.0 which out out a staggering 139 hp!
To think the same displacement now puts out 486hp is mind boggling.
I guess the service dept. Told me 45 minutes to give themselves time to scratch their ass if needed.:giggle:
You bet! Also....My wife's car kept giving motion sensor false alarms. It was annoying. Disabled it in both cars.
Wow, some beautiful silvers!!! I didn't know there was a silver thread....
2025 Gt Premium, 3.55 A10.
Love my silver! I had no intention of buying silver, but there it was sitting in the lot hot off the trailer. No one even test drove it yet. The silver caught my eye like I did not expect...
Louvers greatly limit the heat from the sunā¦. Get the good aluminum ones from CJPonyparts.
I have a Ford cargo liner in my trunk as well, and I never noticed trunk heat even on the hottest days.
The update was on a Lincoln for the recall for window pinching danger. They said it was OTA, so what you said sounds about right.
I walk in the garage without my key, and the thing is still clicking and shit under the hood. Like thereās hamsters playing cards in thereā¦lol. These new cars...
When I traded in my Prowler for an 06 Mustang GT, it was like going from a go cart to a tank. Now going from that car to this, it doesnāt feel any heavier, but so much smoother and refined. The ride is damn near plush compared to my old Eibach-lowered live axle GT With basic-ass seatsā¦.lol...
Since weāre talking about the fobs. We keep both sets of our fobs in a Faraday Box when not using. We started because at first my wifeās car had battery drain while parked. Forums suggested a Faraday Box to keep the fob signal isolated. The battery drain was later attributed to some bad...
Dealer Service changed my wifeās Lincoln oil a few weeks ago. They refilled 1 full qt. Short! I called and bitchedā¦.They sent out a mobile tech to verify the error and he put in the missing qt. I asked him how he changes oil as a mobile tech and he said he doesnāt siphon the oil out like many...
It is odd.
But some features are random. My 06 GT trunk could only be opened by key fob or physical key, this car can open trunk 3 different ways, from inside, fob and button at rear bumper.
And why 3 ways to turn up radio volume? ā¦.when Iād rather see the fan adjusted by the redundant...
