This is the second such instance that Ford has litigated, the first occurring when professional wrestler John Cena sold his 2017 example to a California-based dealership less than a month after taking delivery. Legal wrangling took roughly half a year until a settlement was reached, with...
This was eight years ago:
Upon hearing of the car's availability at Mecum, Ford sought a court injunction to stop its sale, which was denied the evening prior to the car's auction date. The reasoning given was that the GT's owner and consigner had a legal right to sell the car as he had no...
Everybody is misreading this.
That 92% is the amount your insurer adds to your next renewal. This was signed into law last fall and has already hit millions of Americans.
For what it is worth, Tire Rack says the 275/35 is 26.6, but it says the 315/30 is 26.5" - if Tire Rack is correct then we are taking about a tenth of an inch total, one half of a tenth of an inch on each side of the tire, basically impossible to detect with the naked eye.

The 2023 Black Label Aviator is a half second slower in the quarter mile as compared to the Ford Explorer ST, unless you had the hybrid electric model.
Three weeks is before they could even look at it, not an estimate of how long everything will take.
I'll try to get a better look, I suppose. I just did not want to screw up the warranty by doing anything.
Open the hood. Take a photograph of your coolant reservoir.
Wait a few weeks. Take another photograph.
Compare the photos.
That is what I did.
Mine is a slow, but steady, coolant leak. I can smell it. The coolant level goes down. I ordered the 50/50 coolant, Motorcraft, in the gallon...
