"but I don't really have the skills to take apart a shock and make adjustments. I'm not seeing how an amateur HPDE guy can adjust camber before an event and then return afterwards."
But you do!
It is done from the top. You open the hood, jack up that tire, loosen the bolts (at the top) and...
That is a great upgrade option for the Ecoboost. That is basically the Dark Horse radiator. I wish somebody made an off the shelf upgrade to the Dark Horse radiator with extra cooling capacity above and beyond that level, for say, folks wanting forced induction on the 5.0 and track days . . .
Glad you found it.
I had a friend who bought a new Mercedes and was being driven mad by a sound. He was on his way to the dealer for a fix when he realized the sound was gone. It was gone because he had removed his things from the car to leave it at the dealer. One of those things was his...
This guy Plimmer runs a twin turbo S550 on the track and keeps the boost to around 7-8 pounds on track days. He describes his never ending battle to bring temps down, but he seems to have finally done it.
BUT - here is the relevant thing. Somebody posted a broken piston. Plimmer had this to...
I have a Dark Horse with the handling package. Could you give me an idea of how I go about installing the tow hook. I stopped the video as soon as I saw the front end of the car removed.
Update - PWR's 42mm radiator is about 1/4" thicker than the Dark Horse radiator, but I have to think the dual pass model being used by the racing teams is better, or they would have just picked this off the shelf unit and dropped it in without any of the modifications required by the dual pass...
Here is a bit about the Dark Horse R cooling modifications.

There has to be a way to do it. Just because I do not know what it is does not mean it cannot be done.
But I am inclined to think the radiator that the Dark Horse R cars used as an upgrade (dual pass) may be a step in the right direction, along with an even larger oil cooler or a second oil...
Ok, I see that part here:
https://zl1addons.com/collections/tow-hooks/products/mustang-dark-horse-feather-lite-stealth-tow-hook
How difficult is it to install? Does anything need to be cut, drilled, modified? Does it seem to be firmly attached so that the vehicle could be pulled out of the...
Have you planned cooling modifications for oil and coolant yet? 750 to the wheels generates a lot of heat that has to be removed from the engine oil and coolant.
Ran across this strange thread - a guy is asserting that he was able to manage heat . . .
I run my Whipple PP car on track a fair bit. It is an absolute hoot. I have added a belt bar and run a 5 point harness. I have the larger intercooler from Whipple, and I run a stage 1 system. I have coil...
