I wanted to make sure the value of this thread was not lost on those who have not watched the video to find out what happened. I am afraid my snarky first post mislead readers. That was not my intention. I intended to tease folks into watching the video.

How long did it take you to do it yourself, and did it require tools that I am unlikely to have from working on cars born in the 60s, 70s, 80s, and less so, 90s?
While this is definitely neat, what would this tell you while on the track that would be useful? The temperature at the TPMS does not really have anything to do with the tire tread face.

Wow. Did you actually weigh this car? That is startlingly heavy. I was thinking it ought to come in just under 4,000 lbs, and that this was quite heavy enough (big, fat pig heavy). Is it really more than 400 lbs more?

Another forum member used a double flow through muffler with 3 inch pipes in place of the resonator which is both freer flowing and quieter.
Just a thought.
If you search 3 inch you will probably find it.
My trip out of state this week - I reset my mileage once on the interstate with cruise control and left it for the remainder of the trip until home, which included a little bit of city driving, but mostly interstate. 19.5 mpg.
