Brother I've own 4 S650 GTs at this point including a DH. All for tuning developement. I had both a PP GT and a DH. Currently I have a 26 Im going FBO with CJ manifold and other goodies to push NA. Those buzz words you used are all bullshit. "unique chassis tuning" "better aero" "tighter...
Forged internals =/= forged rods. You got the same pistons and crank pal. And do you see coyotes blowing up with 1000hp on boost?? No you dont. So what exactly did a PP GT guy miss out on other than some stickers and an extra $20k price tag? Tell me where that value lies - again tremec not...
this is what is says for the 2025 engines. Forged connecting rods. Thats it. DH is the far right one. Again, engine wise that is the only difference. And tuning wise, the calibrations are almost identical except for a few house keeping differences and the less torque management in the DH...
You werent ordering GT500 specific parts like a hood or supercharger assembly and so on. Steering wheel buttons arent going to be one of those parts they require VINs for, and on some of them they required a core.
Yes you couldn’t buy GT500 parts like hoods or other specific parts like that to transform your non gt500 into one. VIN numbers used to be required by ford for parts orders for a whole bunch of s550 GT500 parts. Absolutely.
I can tell you the whipple tune inferred oil temps are the same from a whipple tuned non PP car and stock non PP car. So they didnt touch that stuff. I would assume you can add the ford racing oil cooler kit and just have the tune updated with the PP/DH values. Something a tuner would have to...
You get 31000 for ever Ford you buy. I had 62000 from the last two. You can call the dealer and ask. They usually require you set up the my ford app and add your car before they can add them to your account.
Edit: Sorry, 31000 points.
Take the 32000 ford points you get and put it toward the ford racing X pipe (resonator delete) thats normally $330 but those points get you to about half off. Ford service departments will install it for you for 1 hour labor, so for about $350 you get a warranty covered exhaust upgrade...
