    Mine does and I'm pretty sure it's the surface rust issue. The rotors flash over pretty fast too.

    Surface rust on the plate after a longer sit? Mine will do it too and it goes away after the first drive. If the car is driven daily, it won't happen.

    Right. Lots of steering means you shouldn't have a lot of throttle. In a turn, as you unwind the steering wheel, you can gradually apply more gas. Gas and Steering are inverse inputs.
