Thanks for this addition.
The 3 I found are also the 3 out of the 5 you found.
So that's good and we are making progress.
What's also good is that the indicator harness is available inside my car, which can probably make the new installed side mirrors with indicators work right?
So what we now...
Today I did some research to find out if my car has the wiring in the door panel for the turn signals on the side mirrors.
I found out that there are 3 different wires that could be used inside the door panel.
I'm not a technician, but from the small information I can read, I conclude as...
Can you explain to me what the 401A package does to the sequential turn signals on the front what non 401A package doesnt have?
I thought the turn signals on the front were all the same on all Mustangs.
Today I did some more research and I found the complete answer.
LJ8Z-15500-A
is for the US and Canadian Ford Mustangs And does not have the rear fog lights.
LJ8Z-15500-B
Is for the Mustang Mach-E vehicles and regular Mustangs for overseas (Europe, UK, Australia etc.) with rear fog light.

So we are on the same boat.
I'll let you know when I got this figured out.
I sent some e-mails to my dealership to see if they can look it up.
I hope the harness is there so I can order a new set of side mirrors. I don't want to drill holes or place aftermarket turn signals on a car like this.
I really hope so. I also hope there is someone on this forum with Recaro seats and the 401A package who already checked inside the doorpanel if there harness is there. Would help me big time.
I don't understand the 3 options given.
1. Insurance set comes with 1 extra set
2. Double the film
3. Only 1 film
So what is the difference between 1 and 2?
How many films do you get with option 1? 2?
How many films do you get with option 2? 4?
Edit: Never mind, I found out that number 1 is...
Ofcourse they are registering US spec cars for years in Europe. It is not impossible to register the car.
Just change the lights following the European law, that's it.
😂
It is definitely not plug and play.
But this is the only way to go to have a rear fog light to work. So yes, the unit needs to be wired to make it work.
Headsup for the people that only read the forum to find information.
I just called the Ford dealership in Europe for the part number of the reverse lamp with fog light.
The European part number is 2505976 and this part is shared between the Mustang and the Mustang Mach-E.
Just to be sure I...
