It's very logical that it will affect it. Just see it as a smaller vent. The smaller the vent the les air goes into it.

I don't need the TUV luckily. My car goes with me back to The Netherlands as a moving object. So the inspection is less frustrating than regular import. The only thing I need to add are the fog lights and turn signals. No other homologation needed.
