Bespoke or not, if the DH is faster around the track than a GT350, people WILL trade the GT350 in on a DH as it will be the "new hotness" even if it doesn't sound as nice. People will see the (possible)fact its faster, with a more reliable engine as reason enough to justify the few K more.

The new engine is based on the newer F-150 5.0 which has deactivation, Now if its just disabled or fully removed i don't think we know yet but a Ford engineer mentioned it not being on the Mustang 5.0 when he was talking about (i assume) the Darkhorse.

Someone had posted an engineer talking about the new 5.0 and mentioned they were removing the deactivation from the new negine as its based on the newer F-150 version. Logically its off for both cars, but if anything the DH would be the one with it removed.

Autostart stop will probably be on the EB. Cylinder deactivations makes no sense for the EB as who wants to drive a 2 cylinder engine at ANY speed? Its already on the F150, I know that its disabled for the Dark Horse not sure if we know if it is for the GT or not yet.

They have not been "needed" for decades. The 1994 v6 mustang did not have fogs. It didn't NEED them. The GT and Cobras did not NEED them either but they looked good.

I mean the final two years GT350 was the same in my area. When I was getting my 2019 Bullitt under MSRP there were GT350's going for like 3k more, and after I had my Bullitt a year that 2019 was STILL on that same dealer lot with like 10k off, and 2020 's were 5k off.

Wasn't the specs listed online already? the GT didn't gain much if any weight. I don't see why the DH wouldn't be the same way. I suspect the upgraded brakes will be the biggest upgrade for it. On top of the 20HP, and tweaks to springs/bars etc.

I do see more Bullitts than Mach1's on the road, but I'd also like to see it just be an appearance package that ANY Mustang can get. I think a GT350 or Hi-Po EcoBoost would have looked great in DHG.
