Do you know what belt size is needed for the 78mm? I've got a K060705 coming Monday just in case.
OP stated elsewhere that stock belt works with that pulley.

Took the car to Cincy Street Nights. First time the car has seen the drag strip and also the first time I have ever legally raced at a track. The car ran 7.09 at 113 and 7.08 at 112 with 1.809 and 1.805 60’ on MT ET Street SS 305/35/20 tires @15 psi. I’m not too happy with my performance. I didn’t get any practice and I feel the car could have left a lot harder since the surface was prepped. Even with the stop the hop kit I still experienced some minor rear wheel hop in fist gear.

Car in drag mode.

Advance trac and traction control off

Light burnout to warm the tires. Just enough to get some smoke.

I left the line at about 1500 rpm and eased into the throttle. Car has 3.55 gears.

Car didn’t bog.

Anyone have any advice to improve? Could it be the lack of transmission tuning allowing torque management to take away power down low? Do I need to use a different mode?

My thoughts are that a car that is capable of a 60-130 in 5.5-6.0 seconds should be able to run 6.50-6.70 in the 1/8.

Took the car back to the track for testing a couple weeks ago. My tuner advised launching in 2nd gear. I have the stock converter but was able to cut a 1.6x 60 foot 3 times in a row leaving from idle in 2nd. I’m not trying to break the transmission so I’m not going to “launch” from a higher RPM until it’s built and I have a Circle D converter.
1/8th mile times were in the 6.7x all 3 runs.
The car then did its thing down the track until I hit the 900-950 foot mark where it cut power drastically all 3 times as it shifted into 6th. On a car that should trap over 140 the highest trap speed I could get was 129 mph. Very strange. My tuner said it was most likely transmission torque limitations pulling back power. The car still ran 10.4, 10.6 and 10.4 e.t. even with the power cutting out.
I believe all of that is sorted out now so I will go back and try again this coming Friday.

how was your experience getting the supercharger installed at Lebanon? I was thinking about going through them for a kit on my '26

Really good. Very good group of guys and they install a lot of superchargers so they have it down to a science.
