I came from JEPQ to jump into this and will return with a larger position afterwards.

The reverse-splits are from their biotech days. They've pivoted to photonic computing and brought on advisors and specialists like Dr Frankel, Chelsea Voss from OpenAI and James Altucher.

It's already bottomed at 2.50 back in October of last year

I work in the photonics space. My advice is stay away from companies like that, that don't generate any revenue at the moment - or at least don't put any significant amount there.
There is A LOT of information that is not disclosed to investors and yet they are trying to hype them. You will probably have more luck if you go to the casino.

If you want to invest in the photonics space, check out Coherent , Lumentum and similar companies. They have increased a lot in the past year or so and they will still go up quite a bit. The main reason is that they provide all the lasers for the datacenter and related CPO applications.

In Dec '25 the volume was sub-100k and the CTB was over 300%. My fully paid lending check for January was insane. Unfortunately as the company's legitimacy was cemented it started to drop off and now it's chicken-feed. Because in Dec e1 thought it was just another Silverman reverse-split that speciously pivoted into a hot sector to pull more suckers in. But as they hired on more specialists and more news came out ppl realized it's legit and they don't wanna get smoked on a short.

Well I was living off my JEPQ dividend before this and will return with a much increased position after it runs

The dudebroman who told me back in Jan/early Feb that the pattern of nothingness would continue until April, popped in this morning to reply to my lamentation that he may have miscalculated, had to call an audible or was just screwing with us the whole time, to say no in fact that is not the case.
