Chin, Rocker, rear bumper paint?

Hello Friends,
My GT came with a gloss black grill, but the lowers were matte plastic with a texture. I asked 3 autobody guys to paint them and they said they couldn't because of the texture. They said they would need to sand them down and/or skim them with body filler to make them smooth.

I just bought a new lower grill, and the two side corner grills from RTR and had them paint them.

I want the front splitter, rockers, and rear bumper to be gloss black so everything matches. Has anyone either painted theirs, had them wrapped, or know of aftermarket pieces that come already gloss black?

They won't sand and paint them, even after saying that is what is required?
I have been looking for some other options with the side skirts too and have found nothing other than add-on extensions... and of course, color/texture don't match the factory parts.

Nope… every painter said they need to be smooth.

How are your sanding skills? Surprising none of them would do the sanding... they charge by the hour.

Man I have a DA but I doubt I could make them perfect. I can buy the front chin and sides from RTR and paint them but I can’t find the bumper. I prefer to buy them all gloss black and ready to install

Hi build primers also known as sprayable body filler. Requires a 2.0 or larger nozzle and spray cap on the gun. No need to sand them perfect that stuff can fill small dents and imperfections. May not need to sand at all other than for adhesion.
