I have a 2025 Mustang GT and have a flame kit on it and it is tuned
It have a problem when i use flame kit 1 or 2 times flame comes from both sides and then car enters LIMP mode and then passenger side bank stops injecting fuel and car is only using 4 Cylinder at that time, first car was only showing dtc of misfire, ignition coil and then i disabled them but now car doesn’t show any dtc but still enters LIMP mode i have searched about it but no one have installed a flame kit on S650 yet
Can anyone help me out with this
I need a solution for it.
It spits fire? Video please. Sorry but I can't help but would love to see it!

You're text isn't very clear.

To be frank, you're using your car as an experiment, to the benefit of your tuner.

The first thing I'd do is roll back to the factory tune and stop using a flame tune.

If you have rolled back to the factory tune and the vehicle begins working correctly, great.

If you have rolled back to the factory tune and the car continues to enter limp mode, you might have damaged the O2 sensors, the cats, both or something else. [Edit: Or set the car on fire.] While the car is under warranty, the dealer will detect the PCM has been re-flashed; this is a conversation for you and your dealer.

If you are trying to use the flame tune but the car continues to enter limp mode, it's a sign the car is detecting all the excess fuel and attempting to do something about it.

It's best you forgo anything like this. On a new car. Hopefully, you can recover from it and enjoy your Mustang.

I don’t have problem daily driving car it doesn’t enter Limp mode while cruising or revving,it happens when i use flame kit and engine detects misfire and enters limp mode

Are you taking fuel from the fuel system? This may be cutting fuel to the engine... get with your tuner and some data logs to figure it out.

Yeah i have hotlicks flame kit ut cuts ignition from spark plugs and get that spark to the exhaust tip where i have other spark plug so the raw fuel comes engine cuts power but fuel continues engine thinks it sparks but sparks are in the exhaust so the fuel ignition at rear and flames come out
The real problem is with new gen engines it have many sensors and engine cut one bank fuel when it enter limp mode
Although there is not a single problem while logging car data

The dumbest, coolest mod you can install.

I would take back to your tuner and have them figure it out. If you tuned it yourself, revert back to factory settings bro.

So oxygen is readily available, and presumably you're supplying heat with an igniter. Presumably you're dumping fuel to work with the flame kit- a bit more info would help here.

If that's the case, the amount of fuel you'd need at the tailpipe is pretty significant.

so, to clarify: the car is running fine now, but if you use the flame kit, it will enter limp mode?
if so, you're probably feeding way too much fuel for the car's computers, at a minimum. The misfire codes are concerning.

I think @Skye is on the right track. Is the kit a generic one or made for the Mustang? if the latter, talk to the vendor.

Your tuner will likely need to disable misfire detection during the "fire" mode or something similar. The setup is certainly causing a "misfire" as far as the computer is concerned.

......oh man I can hardly believe some of the posts we get. Owners go waaay outside of safety margins and blow-up their machinery. Then it's - what happened????? When we built marine and land vehicle race engines we always said - you know there is no warranty on this, right?

When I saw this vid I remembered the YT vid of some 'tard with more money than sense reving the nuts off his Lamborghini at the lights and setting it on fire.
Not that I'm referring to the Op in the same terms.
