I have a 2025 GT Premium with active exhaust. When I roll through the modes, Normal, Sport, and Track all sound the same. Any thoughts? TIA.

Did you check if the valves are actuating?

Did you rev it up some when you were trying the different modes? When my wife and I test-drove one this summer, it wasn't too noticeable at idle or low engine speeds, but much different when driving around.

No, I don't know how to do that. I hear a click when I put it in or out of quiet mode and quiet mode works fine.

On my 25, quiet mode is VERY quiet - super noticeable. Sport is a bit louder than normal, but mostly so when you get on it. Track just sounds a little deeper than sport, never use that one.

Yes, I tested it at 4,000 rpm.

Do a cold start on track and then switch it to quiet. There will be a noticeable difference. Once the car is warm there is a subtle difference between each modes. Maybe your expectations are too high. If the actuators are not working you will get a notification on dash.

I don't really understand the problem here but the car has to be moving and driven (both!) and, unless AE is broken, the differences are easily detectable. It's just that complicated. One isn't going to tell much, if any, difference in modes sitting in a driveway.

Quiet is quieter than Sport mode, but Track seems the same as Sport. I might add I'm not a fan of my GT exhaust sound. I think it's suppose to mimic McQueen's Bullitt Mustang. I had a 1960 Thunderbird that sounded better.

In some conditions of throttle Track and Sport are the same. In others, not. Sport varies the valve in the exhaust. Track just holds it open no matter what.
