That's kind of like asking if they *allow* 18% tint anywhere. They allow tint on the front windows in Delaware now ??
What is a tint waiver ? Is that like a doctor's note to have tint on your car ??I have a tint waiver![]()
I wish we could do that here. It will get you pulled over and ticketed.15% ceramic here. It's the goldilocks tint. Not too dark, not too light. Just right.
The Air Design spoiler will look great on that car.

It looks darker in that picture than it really is. You can still see in the windows from outside. Thankfully they don't care too much about tint in Arizona. If you get pulled over, just make sure to roll both windows down before they approach.I wish we could do that here. It will get you pulled over and ticketed.
I drive through Georgia often to get to family and the State Po Po doesn't mess around on anything. Best to be on good behavior and have a good radar detector.......I wish we could do that here. It will get you pulled over and ticketed.
On the other hand they are pretty tolerant of speeding, within reason. While it is no guarantee, you basically have to hit 15 over before anybody is interested in making a stop, so you can run 80+ on the interstate where it is 70 mph speed limit without any real concern.I drive through Georgia often to get to family and the State Po Po doesn't mess around on anything. Over 85 on an interstate there, you are awarded a "Super Speeder" letter from the state. I read a big deal about that when it came out a few years ago. Of course, I just drive like I want and keep my eyes open and listen to the little black box on the dash.On the other hand they are pretty tolerant of speeding, within reason. This is true, but they are not aggressive about enforcing speeding until your speed gets up there. Everything I posted is true, as is what you posted. They do not conflict.Over 85 on an interstate there, you are awarded a "Super Speeder" letter from the state. I read a big deal about that when it came out a few years ago. No doubt you're right. I will be crossing the state this Thursday, some of it on interstate and some on two lane through the mountains, on my shortcut to avoid Hotlanta driving insanity. This is true, but they are not aggressive about enforcing speeding until your speed gets up there. You do not even get points on your license until you hit 15 mph over. 0-14 mph over the speed limit is 0 points.
So, yes, technically, on a 70 mph stretch of interstate, they probably will not even bother pulling you over driving 80-81. Go over 85 mph, however, and you get points on your license and a $200 "Super Speeder" surcharge.
They have enough persons driving over 85 mph, however, they they are very unlikely to bother you at 81 mph.
