Hi, i was cleaning the car today and noticed that there is a lot of dirt in the frame between door and front bumper. Also there is some sort of plastic plug (sorry, i domt know the name for it) that i think moved. Can someone double check and tell me how does it look on your car. Here are pictures and video. Thanks!

Oh I see. Yes that might be causing the debris. This is an ecoboost ?
Yea, it seems to me that that plug moved out of its place somehow and all of debris is getting in. Dont even know how to move it in its place, except taking the panel off.

There should not be that much trash there.

The black cushion thing is supposed to be pushed up against the metal tabs that restrain it from moving further backwards.

You can access it by removing the front wheel fender liner (a few 7mm bolts and the rest are plastic push-pins), then stick your hand/tool in there and push the pad back.

So it needs to be in front of the metal tabs not behind. Good to know. Thank you, i will definitely do that!
