They didn't know I was paying for all of the car until I walked into financing for the first time. Didn't seem to bother them on a special order with no deposit.I think Ford is still doing Employee pricing…that knocks a bit off.
Negotiate a price before disclosing how you are paying for it or including a trade-in.
I think its better overall to find something close to your build sitting on the lot. They are more eager to get rid of inventory, and you don’t have to wait.
Yes, and I got it after my car had been shipped.Were you able to get the 'employee pricing' discount on a custom order?
Be willing to travel and there are good deals out there sitting on lots. I just don't have that kind of patience. The dealer doesn't know that and never will.
