S650 turn signals blink 3 times and turn off

The front turn signals blink 3 times and turn off, although the taillights continue to blink. The left headlight has been replaced, perhaps additional steps were needed after installation?
It seems that the Deep Sleep Mode came on, so I reset the BMS, but the headlight problem remains.

It resolved on its own, to be honest. Most probably, the car was in a deep sleep mode, or something like that, but it seems that just a BMS reset doesn’t work and you need to go for a short ride to disable that mode.
