hmmm, the air/oil separator line on drivers side is coming off the air filter inlet/intake tube??
It comes off the DS valve cover and dumps into the Intake tube.

Added Ford Performance catch cans on both sides. Now the oil dip stick is really fun to reach

ok, guess I'm not seeing it right. In the pic below, circled in red, is that tube not coming out of the air filter inlet/intake tube and going to the oil separator housing?

yes that tube runs from the separator to the intake tube. What you don' see it the tube running from the valve cover to the separator it is on the back side of the box. the factory tube you remove run from the valve cover to the intake tube. on the driver's side. here is a better pic of the driver's side from the instructions.

For the Ford performance separator, is it necessary to install the provided studs on the passenger side. Can't the stock ones be used.

Well last week I had DSS rear axles and Steeda stop the hop kit and jacking rails put on. So this week I gust put a set of Mickey Thompson E.T. Street S/S P325/30R19's on the rear to help it launch better.

DSS rear axles
Where did you get the axles from? I was debating the Ford Performance ones for an off season purchase. This year got a little crazy with swapping wheel and tire setups around + the supercharger.

The axles are from Drive shaft specialties their are the boltless 2000hp one's ordered them from a company out your way. I'll find their name and send it to you. I think they are similar to the Ford performance in price.

Appreciate that. Axles are definitely on the list before any sticky mickey goes onto the car. Even on the street I can see the stage 1 snapping stock stuff if you hook on an overly hard launch.

Well this car let's you power shift at 7000 rpm into second gear and that is what made me change the rear axles. I got mine from Steeda Canada. Their out your way.
