Yeah I noticed. But it's not your dealer who turned it off. It comes programmed like this due to the GCC importer. Every region has their own way of how the car is coded due to regulations or preferences. So don't go to the dealer and be mad about them since they are not the one who did this.

Can't be mad at the dealer here because there is a regional office for ford here who are controlling everything and i think they are in UAE so most likely if a GCC country have a regulations for some features they will just turn it off for all gcc cars thats what i'm thinking is happening

Lock status LED, to me that sounds like the little LED light that they put in the door where the manual lock pin would have been (the post you pulled up on in older cars to unlock). There's an LED (faint) in it's place, check if the one in your driver's side door is working.

I checked yea everything is working unfortunately I forgot my laptop at work so I couldn't try to clear the error and connect while the door is open vs closed to make sure if that Is the problem

cleared the error tried with the door open and closed it didn't appear
went for a ride came back tried the same thing it didn't came back as well

I had nothing to do again so I compared yours with the European cars.
Every line about auto fold or anything about folding mirrors is the same except two.
So if your side mirrors have the motors like the Europeans do, these two changes will do the trick.
It would be strange if your car has this option, but turned off by the region.
But the same was when we turned on your TSR, so I'm not that surprised if this is also some region locked thing.

Yeah, might be a different mirror.

This might interest you. GCC has the overseas mirrors but they don't work like the Europeans. They don't auto fold.
