I have swapped wheels/tires back and forth between a base Ecoboost set and a base GT set, here's what I learned.

S650 TPMS sensors: F2GZ-1A189-G aka TPMS74

The old TPMS19 re-learn tool works on these new TPMS74 sensors, but you don't actually need it (I bought one and haven't used it).

Just install the new wheels/tires and drive around. After a while the computers automatically pick up the new sensors with zero user intervention.

if putting take off wheels/tires from a 2024 gt to a 2025 ecoboost, will they just relearn on their own, or do i have to get a programmer and reprogram it?
They will sync right up. You don't need a programmer.

I just swapped my premium wheels out for PP take offs and they synced up after about 15 min of driving. 👍🏻

Hey disneyfun1 ,

You would have to program them to your vehicle with the TPMS-19 tool.

Best Regards,

This is incorrect. They will sync on there own if using 24-25 take-offs. 👍🏻

Now I'm confused more lol.

What is M1180mhz4332 and what is TPMS74?

Old vs new?

TPMS74 is the motorcraft part number and are the correct ones... The full kit M-1180-433MHZ2 from ford performance is also the correct kit. Others may work (not sure), but I know that these two options for sure work.

I can attest they will just pick up automatically. The 6GR wheels were takeoffs from one of their photoshoots with aftermarket TPMS sensors. I could never get them to sync with the car and ended up replacing with oem sensors. Tech at the dealership installed, he told me they would be sync'd up by the time I got home, and he was right.
