• Production weeks: 9/30 - 10/28.

Important:
- Dealers with open allocation should consider amending their orders by changing from the Manual transmission (44E/44X) to the (44U) 10-speed SelectShift® Automatic Transmission and removing the 43S Black Painted Roof. This will increase their chances of being selected for scheduling.

Key Dates:
- COVP Approval: Dealers will have until 8/26 10PM EST to complete the COVP.
- Final expected order commit due date for balance out: 9/5 (subject to change if the plant reaches capacity before this date).
- Spec Changes and cancellations will shut off on - 8/29.

- 990 - MOD 5.0L Engine - 4V DOHC EFI NA.
- 60G - Mustang Nite Pony Package.
- 44E - TREMEC 6-speed Manual Transmission.

i am in the same boat. Car is scheduled for October but wondering if these shortages will impact that date.

Very unfortunate, I refuse to buy the 2025 at the mark up that they want.

I've driven a Mustang for the last 10 years. Looks like it might be Challenger time. This experienc3 has left a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Ford.

HI, Not sure what type of specs you want on your GT but dealers still have some on the lots even DHs and discounted too. You may want to search the web. Ford credit has some good rates until 9/30 that you wont get when you buy a used car. Try AutoNation.com

Yes but dealers still have new ones on the lot. Manual Trans too if you are looking to shift gears.

Im going to guess he probably did not have a VIN or scheduled week for production… my understanding is that once you have a VIN, Ford is going to build your car…could be wrong but that’s my understanding.
