Damn, I completely forgot about this thread! (M6G has them too)

Cresting on 50 years of age, this will be my 2nd Mustang. Bought a 2021 Mustang GT Premium in late 2021 and did all the bells and whistles to it. Now I'm looking to get back into a Manual and also move into something with a little less power

"I told you not to install the Supercharger" - She Who Must Be Obeyed (but wasn't so now I have to listen to it)

Been a member of Mustang6G since August of 2021 so am familiar with the community and some of you guys I recognize from over there.

Just completed the paperwork on a 2024 DH Premium with 700A, Handling, Tech and Security stuff on it. 6 Speed which I am stoked about! My existing 10R80 was lightning fast but it was "Put the stick in S, put the mode in S+ and hang on as best you can". Looking for more of an experience now.

Order Confirmed: 05/13/2024
Scheduled Week Of: 08/05/2024

*Going to keep this one NA. I SWEAR!!!!

(*) Maybe some small mods like intake, headers and an h-pipe but other than that, stock!!!

Recently bought a 2024 Ecoboost in Atlas Blue with Carmine Red interior and all the bells and whistles. I've had other Mustangs in the past. I joined the North Texas Mustang Club in 1985 when I was restoring a 1966 289 coupe. My last Mustang was a 68 302 Sprint B package which I sold in 2014. I had gone over to the dark side and next restored a 72 Corvette (2019 NCRS Top Flight which I'm very proud of). I have a few other toys, couple old Jaguars, a Lotus, another C3 Corvette and a pickup truck for fetching parts. And as you might surmise from my username, a Toyota Supra (an obsession really). Cars are like potato chips, I can't stop at just one.

But I'm back in the Mustang fold with this S650 generation, the first time I've bought a "new" Mustang. It's always been vintage project cars. This Ecoboost is intended to be my new daily "commuter car". I'm a DIY'er and the thing that impressed me the most was opening the hood and thinking "This'll be a piece of cake to work on!" Like an old Ford truck with an inline six. The salesman did a good job tho, taking me to a back road, setting up the drag mode and saying to me "Now, punch it!" I must say, the Ecoboost is no slouch. I'm at the age tho that had there still been a Thunderbird, Cougar or Lincoln mkvii that's probably what I would have done, but sadly nobody makes personal luxury coupes anymore. I may make a few minor changes to this Mustang for my own aesthetics/comfort but generally looking forward to a few years of new-car reliability and warranty service.
We appreciate you joining us on the forum! Congrats on your Mustang!

Bought my very Mustang in June and I'm in love. I have put in 2,000 miles already, it is very addicting to drive. Haven't used the line lock feature, I'm gonna record my first line lock wheel spinning action very soon though. The convertible drop top is a MUST if you live in socal. I'm adding borla axle backs this week, can't wait! This is my very first mustang and a V8 car that I ever own. And it's amazing.

It's hard not to floor it at every red light lol, it's addicting. Shades, sunscreen, and a hat recommended.

OMG! That is one beautiful convertible! The stripes really make the car!
Just to say hello to everyone on Mustang 7G after being on Mustang 6G for a while with my 2008 Shelby.
I just bought a 2024 GT Premium, Shadow Black, Black Onyx Interior, A-10, Bronze Package, BREMBO BRAKE Package, Variable Exhaust. When I get it ready, I'll do some pictures and change my signature. So far this is a great car.

Wife and I picked up our Yellow Splash GT a week ago. Base 301A 6MT with Perf Package (and Active Exhaust of course!) Very nice...lots of fun!
Our 7th, 8th if a '70 Cougar could be considered Mustang-ish! '88GT, 90GT, 84GT, 04V6 Vert, 07GT, 11GT500. At 64 I think this will be my last. Mayybeee?!?
