The black wheels look better IMO. I like the factory wheels because they are very good at hiding all the brake dust.

Personally, I think the stock wheels are the best wheels I've ever seen on a Stang. I would simply stick with them. In fact, I would prefer a little bit more gloss to them...but they're really sharp looking, IMOP.

I appreciate that. Problem is, I can’t stay stock with a wider tire. Looking at 285/35/19 and 305/35/19.

Beautiful car! The headlight surround is a darker gray correct? I still think a glossed dark gray would look killer!

Hmm going to be tough. Both will look good. I would lean just a tad towards the black. If you are going with the Velgen wheels you have in the first photo; I think the Velgen VF-5 (1st pic) and Classic5 V2 or both sportier than the Velgen VF-9 (2nd pic). But that is just me and I am biased, as I have both.

I feel this picture is a perfect example of how a black wheel just disappears into the tire.

A gloss gunmetal would pop against your color, the calipers and a nice shiny black tire.
