Dark Horse in Luxembourg [Europe]

Hi everyone, little update for all my fellow europeans waiting for news regarding the EU Mustang.
I juste placed my order for the first Dark Horse in Luxembourg. They had the pricing for the GT’s and the Dark Horses including details on options. Delivery time is from 6-12 months.

72k fully kitted! We were expecting MUCH higher prices!

That’s USDM prices! Good stuff! Taking to account it’s shipped all the way from MI, great price.
Wonder if it’s going to be detuned. Hear that the Aussie version is going to be drastically detuned power, exhaust sound and even interior wise!

Yes, we are down on power but still for EU market it’s great value. Plus one of the last V8’s that will be sold on our continent… It’s got 453 hp.

Not much. I have the blue leather/alcantara interior with blue stitching! Heated seats and there didn’t seem to be an option for recaros.

Hang on, We already discussed together in the other thread. I was asking Infinitemberstang what he heard about our interior?

AUSTRALIAN MARKET
The GT uses 347kW and 550Nm – up 8kW but down 6Nm from previous model.

The Dark Horse uses a variation of the 5.0-litre V8 with 349kW and 548Nm, Major Disappointment on the Power! The engine used in Australian models varies from the US version, with a different exhaust manifold and calibration to suit different noise and emission regulations, while US and ECE rating procedures are also different. Aside from the exhaust manifold, the engine hardware is the same.

The EcoBoost is 232kW and 475Nm – down 4kW but up 27Nm from previous model. Also the Ecoboost Doesn't have the options like the other two will. No Black accent, No Magnaride, No Appearance package. Ford says there would not be enough demand for these options on the EcoBoost,. they have to set a certain number of buildable combinations, and those options on the EcoBoost wouldn't get enough uptake.

So it's not drastically low as you thought it would. Its the Euro spec that will suffer.

Yessssss congratulations!! How did you manage to place an order? here we still don't have a confirmed pricelist and the dealers are clueless about it.

Do you remember what colors were available?Im looking forward to get a race red dark horse.
72k seems more than reasonable for me for a na V8 ,considering the european situation regarding emissions control.

I honestly did not even plan on buying one! Because i didn’t think it would be possible but my Dealership was taking orders, so i took the opportunity. Race red was available on the DH! ;)

Ford Uk website has Dark Horse on the road price at £65585 but no real details

Great, tomorrow I'll go to the largest Ford dealer in the area and see what they say. Please keep us updated!

Just to make a comparison, do you remember what the price of the s550 gt was? Here in Italy it was 54k for the manual, so if the prices are the same it means just over 2k of increment for the new model,which isn't bad at all.

I'm just worried about the delivery, a friend of mine had to wait 13 months for his Mach 1!
