I like this (RTR style), but my wife doesn’t. What do you think?

IMO absolutely the BEST graphics on any car right now. I'd happily pay the cost if RTR were selling them separately.

Sent this photo before, but here are the side stripes I did on my 24 GT with the black/red OEM top stripes. Makes a very nice looking combo and similar to what you are proposing from RTR, but with a little more total coverage. I added the red stripe in the middle with a custom red vinyl stripe from Amazon. Over a year now with no problems, so pretty pleased with that!

The concave lines running up the bottom of the door complicates the looks of side stripes on the S650. Where as the S550 looked great with rocker stripes. I think of you do the stripes they have to be at the bottom and inside the concave like the RTR style. I did think about the Ancor Room stripes but passed because I thought it looked a little too busy.

I almost bought a 2024 CS in grabber blue and Im glad I didn't. The more I see those side stripes, the less I like them. It just looks strange and kill the lines of the car.

They look nice, especially against the blue background.
The stripes match very well.

I agree with your wife. Have a '24 RTR in Race Red and there's just something I don't like about them, can't put my finger on it though.

Blends nicely. Visually reduces the perceived height

Trella: thanks! I actually applied mine higher than intended as you can see. Mine sit above the concave section near the rocker panel. But I liked the look better that way, seemed to lighten the look of the side better in the higher position. Made the fit-up at the rear wheel look a little odd, but still suited me better. Each to his own!

And thanks for your past service in the Marines! I was a Viet Nam baby as well, with the first lottery falling in my senior college year. Remember watching them pull those date balls on my old B/W TV! My birth date came out number 267, so I was just above the cutoff line for the draft! Some of my buddies were not, one ended up #2! Anyway, I was just married and got an engineering job after graduation and never regretted missing out on the "fun" in Nam. Was a tough situation for many.

"DeeDub SC, Thank You for the acknowledgement. It was a strange time for everyone. It's been 60 years for me since I was there. Hard to believe! P.S. The fit-up at rear looks Fine.
