Anyone experienced an issue with fitment of the window trim to the a pillar? I noticed this on the passengers side of mine. Driver side looks fine. I'll be taking it to the dealer for the BCM recall and the luggage compartment tsb, but thought I'd see if anyone had the same issue.

Yes, I used a plastic spatula to lift it back into place. I didn’t notice any permanent creases in the molding. No leaks either

I have not seen that. It looks like the seal is just not seated correctly.

Thanks! I was tempted to do the same, but figured since it's under warranty.... The dealer would probably just do the same thing though.

I live in a hot climate so it just conforms to the body of the car. Happens when i wash her.

I have the same issue I posted months ago, tried credit cards overnight and everything else I could think of. Still the same way. I’m going to have the dealer figure it out. To me it looks like the window is not quite installed deep enough….

Yea I tried repairing mine using some plastic trim tools. Even after folding the lip out, it was still a bit kinked and didn't look right. I'll have the dealer fix it once I get the courage to schedule the BCM recall. I just don't trust others to work on my things šŸ˜…

Bump. My new 25 has the same defect on the passenger side front window leading edge. Its all tucked in and jagged looking. I was able to pull it out but the edge of the rubber seal ripped and it looks horrible. Brand new 25. WTF ford. I didnt see it for a few days after purchase being on the passenger side and that side is close to the garage wall. Damn it, I would have had them fix it before I took delivery.

Anyone else get this fixed?

My brand new '25 had chips down to bare metal on the A-pillar by the window trim, nearly covered by the rubber trim. I suspect from when they installed the trim at the factory.

In the touch-up process I found that the window trim will reshape itself after some heat. You could try running a hair dryer along it for a while to see if it settles out.
