Maybe i missed it in the owners manual but is there an order to rolling up the windows?

Front first? Rear first? Dont matter?

My last Vert had an order on purpose

I always do front first. It's a habit I developed after noticing on the 2018 that if I do the rear windows first the front windows sometimes catch on the weatherstripping on the leading edge of the rear windows.

I have been doing fronts also, but noticed today when the rear comes up then forward-ish motion they seem to really slow down, from the friction i am sure.

The other thing I had to do with the 2018 was spray some silicone into the seals at the top of the rear windows. I just did that once a year after it started happening. The first time I noticed that the windows were not closing completely, the dealer replaced the motor for those windows. It happened the next time I put the top up and I realized it was not the motor. Sprayed silicone and never had the issue again.

Interesting. I do the exact opposite. With the rear window issues in the S550 (getting stuck and not going up all the way) I've gotten into the habit of rolling up the backs first since that provides the least resistance to them closing completely, then rolling up the fronts.

I do the back 1st then front. This way I know the front gets a good seal on the back.

I'm with the back first users. I have no idea which is the proper method but assume the smaller windows will work best with less friction. Did the same on my Saab Vert many years ago. Good luck with which ever you choose to do. Glenn

I'm in the "rear windows first" camp.
