So, I got an update on 7/21. I asked chat and my secondary is now "Recieved, location Ramp 59, Dearborn Truck Mi.". What exactly does that mean? Is it like another holding area for shipping?

One of my orders is at ramp 51 Flat Rock and the other at ramp 59 Dearborn Truck, I would assume, strategically and logistically placed waiting for the word to go.

Ok thanks trying to figure out what the ramps are for thought it might be rail vs convoy but I’m at 51 and also convoy if you don’t mind what state are you in?

Yea I did just a bunch of people on other forums doing the same as we are complaining about our cars being there lol

So, I went ahead and called the ford customer service line @ 1 800-688-8898 instead of going through chat (dealer didnt have anything additional).

The person I spoke to said specifically that it was recieved by carrier, that there were no holds, and that given that this happened this past friday it is likely already in transit. They would not tell me who the carrier was due to that being internal information.

They maintained my current eta as July 28th to August 3rd.

So, I am cautiously optimistic, mainly with the fact that they said there were NO HOLDS. I googled Ramp 59 on my lunch break, and read a bunch of horror stories about them staying there due to various holds (like the chip), so her saying that made me happy.

I will just hope it arrives in August and not after my bday in September.

If it DOES arrive sometime next week, well...i will post pics
