Weird idle only on cold start

Hey guys I have a 2024 GT with a Borla Atak cat back system. I’ve been getting this weird note only from cold starts and it happens as the car warms up. I noticed the vacuum levels are steady at 18 then it gets crazy and jumps 18 to 19 back and fourth and creates this off beat tone and doesn’t sound smooth anymore .Just a side note car was doing this as well with stock exhaust. It Does this for about two minutes then evens out. Should I be concerned?
