Water dripping in Driver's footwell

Driving today with the convertible top down with the air conditioner running due to heat and humidity. After about 2 hours of travel, began noticing some water dripping from behind dash onto feet and legs on the driver side (see image with water spots on the floor liner). It's not a large amount of water (at least not yet). I am thinking that this is probably related to running the air-conditioner with high humidity, but haven't experienced this before. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

That's exactly what it is. Just like when you run your A/C with the window down in the summer and the vents condensate.

I reached out to one of our engineers. He said:

Insulate the air ducts behind the instrument panel. Can’t stop cold surfaces from condensing water out of humid air…

Is there a documented fix for this issue? It doesn't happen only when the top is down on my 2024 GT Premium Convertible; it also occurs with the top up. This problem has been ongoing since we took delivery of the vehicle two years ago.
