Hhhhmmmm??? Sounds like an excellent entrepreneurial opportunity for a new Mustang 'Vert accessory to me.

AC condensate catch cans, or tall rubber boots! 😉

No need to thank me!

On my old mustang the water leak was caused by the grommets getting clogged with leaves. Old mustangs had the cowl vents that used to let all this garbage inside. New Mustangs do not have this issue as there is a mesh that covers the vents.

I guess fine particles can still enter and clog the grommets. Are you parking where there are pine needles?

I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the recall. When I turn right there will be water dripping on my feet in the footwell.

Happens quite often?
Simple solution - don’t turn right. 🤣

do you notice any difference / cause related to convertible top usage?

are the vents fully open?

Was driving today with the top up, still super hot and humid. I did not get any water dripping.

Going from a 911 Turbo S and a Ferrari and a 9 second Tesla to an anemic, slow 480 horsepower vehicle that leaks water on your feet . . .
LOL it’s all good!

I put 47+k miles on my 2022 Ecoboost Premium and never had any water leak into my interior. Rain, downpours, lots of washes, and even a few high pressure washes — no leaks.
Two year old should not have leaks. If you leave it outside give it time seals compress gaps form then leaks talk about it in 8 years.

also if grommets are missing water can enter through the cabin air filter. It's idiotic design, but that's the reality.

This supports the condensation theory.

Always garaged unless on a trip. The top on my 2025 will probably outlast me’

Mine lives in my basement and gets driven on the weekends. Never driven it in the rain and I have 12K miles on it. I still think it’s condensation dripping like mine does. Hopefully you will get some answers from the dealer.

My uneducated guess would be condensation caused by cooled air. Depending upon where it collects could explain why it only happens when turning right. Back in the day this was frequently an issue and could leak out almost anywhere. Glenn

Ford would need to insulate the outside of the vent ducting all the way back to the evaporator.

Could be why the BCM is getting wet also. ?
