Voice Recognition Radio PIN

When I try to change a radio station using voice recognition, it asks for a PIN. Today, not only did it ask for a PIN, but now I have no radio. I was able to use recognition to adjust the temperature without issue.
Any ideas?

If you didn't set one, the only other issue might be SiriusXM?

I doubt it is XM, in this car, I've been using it for a year now without issue. I've had XM for 20 years now, no PIN.

Could this have something to do with Alexa integration? I don't use Alexa. I never have. I use Android auto with Google Assistant, but I know Ford has integrated Alexa into the sync 4. Just a shot in the dark?

I haven't used Alexa or any other phone connectivity such as Appleplay or Android. Oddly, everything seems to be working this morning.
A few years back, they had to replace the entire unit in an Expedition I leased.
