But then so is Ford. And yet every Ford dealer is run differently, and the actions of dealers directly correlate with the Ford brand image. You can send out as many customer surveys as you want, but at the end of the day, its not the customer making mistakes or giving poor service is it.Have found mycar service centre helpful near me, they did my Santa Fe battery hassle free, it is a franchise, so hoping same service everywhere.
I actually skipped the 3000km inspection. Mainly because its nowhere near 3000 km, but also because I didn't see the point in lending them my car for a day and nothing being done. I'm told it doesn't affect warranty.Still trying to decide where to get 12 month service done on the Gold coast so I don't have a service situation tale to tell
