I took my car for warranty repair of dashboard crack told them not to wash the car, they took it into automatic wash. Here is the result

Yeah I'd argue they cough up free paint correction for that. Terrible.

Sorry this happened to you. Unless you know their paint correction crew I wouldn't let them touch it. Fortunately I do my own. Find a good place and send them the bill. Small claims might be your next path. Thereare just too many butchers out there.

Yea i found some other places but when i talked with dealership general manager he said if they fix it they will only do it with their guy.

Sorry that happened! If you happen to find someone who will honestly work on your car, you are lucky! Lots of them just don't care.

Not too many Car Wash is using wired grindering wheels to wash their cars.
Very unusual.
You’re definitely in a dilemma.
Question is,
Is the Paint damage too deep to repair?
If it is, do you want a New Car that needs to be repainted?
Will the New Paint last as long as the Ford Factory Paint?
Will your New Mustang be on a Car Fax when you trade it in.
Please remember, the G. M. may not be there when you trade it in?
The Owner will be there but He/She deals with so many Vehicle Sales He/She doesn’t remember who you are!
I would try to get a New off the Lot Mustang and let the Dealer, Deal with their Error.
If Not,
You may have to go to Arbitration through Ford.
Ford Motor Company may have to get involved?
I hope not.
The best scenario would to trade it in to your Dealer & do not take the Hit.
Let the dealer take the Hit.

Thanks, i dont want to trade it in, i installed bunch of mods on it and i love it, they will have to find a way to fix it

Any experienced, reputable body / detail shop can get the swirls out and make the car new again. Then remind self.....no more auto car washes......hand jobs only.
