Subframe bolt won't go back in - Steeda stop the hop kit

I am currently trying to install the Steeda stop the hop kit but I am having trouble getting the passenger side front rear subframe bolt to go back in all the way. It binds up with about a 1/2 inch left to go. Any suggestions

Had to re tap mine
