Stock Dyno Run (pre bolt-on mods) w/ 2024 Dark Horse! Great #’s

Hey everyone!

I have my DH in the shop to get Kooks LT headers and Corsa Extreme catback exhaust. Had them do a dyno before so I can measure the gains.

Completely stock motor. 2500mi. Handling package with a manual transmission.

Dynojet this morning is Austin at 79 degrees and 89% humidity.

It pulled 445hp and 407lbs torque!!!

Very happy to say the least.

I'll do the same on my DH when it arrives except for the Catback which I'll get AWE... although the Corsa Extremes make it a tough call! Your results will definitely help the decision!

Could you provide the part numbers you're going to install?

I was also thinking of installing a CAI kit like the K&N one and if in the meantime some other manufacturer comes out with some new items I'd consider...

Are you planning on doing it later or do you not think it's necessary in terms of hp gain?

Did you not get the active exhaust from factory? I really can't see how anyone would want a louder exhaust than the factory AVE, especially if you put it in track mode. Also it sounds fantastic.

Did you not get the active exhaust from factory? I really can't see how anyone would want a louder exhaust than the factory AVE, especially if you put it in track mode. Also it sounds fantastic.

I have to receive my DH yet... it will have the active exhaust and the AWE catback model will be the one with the active exhaust.

All of this will be matched than by the Kooks headers with green caralizers and Typhon intake.

I have a 2020 MY Bullitt with Ford Racing X-pipe and it good sounds but with the new vehicle coming. I want more volume and performance...

Yeah, I spoke with the Lethal guys. Would have been a nightmare getting all the stuff I wanted to order to Canada so I'm going through the local Steeda.CA guys who can get my stuff across for me with no muss, no fuss and no freight forwarder (for me).

I will have to bring everything to Italy via a container.... I also have to add the cost of VAT at 22% + 15% customs and transport fees...

Fortunately we have a Steeda office in Europe from which I will take all the other components such as carbon rear spoiler, carbon chin spoiler, IRS kit, dual rating springs, G brace, etc....

These are all jobs that I would have liked to do on my Bullitt but when I was about to decide to buy the things they presented the Dark Horse and so I decided to order it and make all the modifications on it.

Among other things, here in Europe the handling package cannot be obtained.... and I will have to make do in a roundabout way!

The DH was told to me at the dealership that it will most likely arrive in September 2025!
I ordered on 09/07/2024!

Yes definitely doin CAI but waiting for JLT to be available.

That is the one thing I have concerns about. Don't get me wrong, I love a decent V8 rumble but the Kooks AND the H Pipe might be a little much, EVEN in Quiet Mode with the AVE
