What do I want for a 100% street 2024 GT, A10, that will see occasional NC mountain road running? I will be staying with the OEM struts and shocks. Will the minimal drop work well with the OEM set up? I have a difficult driveway, and learned my lesson with Linear springs and STEEDA non-adjustables, with ride and ground clearance on my 2018 GT. It was not a fun car to drive honestly.

Both dual-rate springs and progressive springs are excellent choices, but it's important to note that the progressive springs align more closely with the characteristics you've outlined.

In fact, they gained immense popularity for the S550 precisely because of the features you've described.

Let me know if I can help assist further!

I've had progressive springs on a modified WRX that I would autocross and and time trial with - and also daily drive. I found progressives to be a great streetable setup that also performed well on track. I'll keep my eyes on these.

Yes - we have more upgrades & testing on the radar - like the S550, we won't leave anything untouched :)

On my S550, I had ball joint issues after lowering it, so I installed your Steeda extended ball joint lower control arms. Should I do the same on my Dark Horse with the handling package with the lowering springs?

Thanks!

We will need some additional time testing the extended balljoint - our Director of Marketing is getting his Dark Horse shortly ... after that, we'll know more :0

Nice, I'm looking at buying these Sport Progressive Springs tonight. Does this vehicle have spacers installed? And do you recommend any additional upgrades for a PP 5.0L?

It does not have spacers & we have not done our testing yet to see what different spacers will yield different results.

We always highly recommend the camber plates - from the factory, the OE components are designed without any camber adjustment for alignment purposes.

With the addition of our new adjustable camber plates on your Mustang, you will be able to correct excessive negative camber and increase your front steering response, and running the correct camber will eliminate uneven tire wear.

Those camber plates can be located here - https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-mustang-camber-plates-15-16-all-555-8139.html

Would a non handling pack DH fitted with your MagneRide Dual Rate Ultimate Handling Lowering Springs, Competition Front & Rear Sway Bar kit (555 1036) and front camber plates need rear camber adjustment and bump steer kit?

Steeda Mustang Rear Adjustable Camber Arms (2015-2024) are only required for drag racing (to stand the tire up for better grip) and cars dropped more than 1.5” in the rear. (Up to 1.5” drop, the factory camber arms have sufficient adjustment range)

Bumpsteer kit would not be required but would be recommended.

Bumpsteer kits are only required with our Steeda S550 Mustang Front Control Arms Lateral Links w/ Extended Ball Joint (2015-2023) or any kits containing this lateral link or if they are running one of our tubular k-members.

Let me know if I can help assist further.

Best Regards,

Tim
