Well, I got my answer. After nearly a year of ownership, I got my first OTA update. I was notified by the Ford app that the update was successful and that I would not see any changes as the update only improved firmware that involved modules talking to one another. They were right. I see no changes. Even my courtesy lighting color has remained the same.
