Not sure what it up but when I switch to SiriusXM, I get no sound at all. I'm on the preview station.
At first I got a message no satellite found, and then got can't connect right now, try again later.
I did a reset under the general settings section, and also did the reset by holding down two buttons on the steering wheel.
I did a lot of reading and seems to be a common problem.
Do I need to bring it to dealer and have them update something?
Is there something else to try, before dealer trip?

+1. Yes call Sirius first. This past week I've noticed a few brief interruptions. I'm streaming through Android however, so my connectivity is cellular not satellite. Our Mustang's Sync4 gets all of their extended stations. If you have an older vehicle you have to use the app to get all of their stations. The two interruptions i had were in well served locations and cellular signal was 3 to 5 bars. They were brief 10 to 15 seconds.

I suggest you login and make sure the radio in your Mustang is correctly registered on your account. I logged in for the first time after about 8 years and had four radios registered. I cleaned everything up, and re-hardened my privacy settings.

I don't think that anything with your turkey incident / repair would affect reception.

Good luck.

As far as the turkey incident......They pulled the entire dash....could of did something that messed it up like a pinched wire or who knows.
