S650 Pony Grill Emblem Replacement

The pony grill emblem on the S650 is slightly different than the S550. As I am finding with several of the parts, Ford made a slight tweek. Just enough of a change to drive you crazy! The biggest difference is that the new emblem is held on with 4 5 mm bolts. The S550 emblem is held on with 3 retaining clips and 3M adhesive. I have some pictures posted below. Can you get the pony off w/o remove the whole front bumper? Can you get 1/4" ratchet with u joints through the grill to remove?

If your arms aren't too big you can take the top cowl off and get in between the radiator and the grille - just be careful not to drop a screw...

I had passing thoughts about replacing them with ones painted red (my S650 is Oxford white). It wasn't the ease or not of R&R, but the cost. As I recall, the painted ones were in the neighborhood of $160 each. The R&R just added insult.
