Roush S650 Mustang test car?

This could just be testing Roush specific parts or it could just be an older "Jack Roush Edition"/Stage 3 test car.......but Roush do a lot of testing and development for Ford so this could be testing things for S650. Those are certainly some large cables/pipes going from the engine bay into the cabin.

Intersting find. I think the base GT wheels could hint they are not testing some new highend stuff for the S550. Also it got a PEMS (Portable Emission Measurement System) installed (just look at the exhaust)

Roush does vehicle endurance and all weather testing. Many manufacturers use Roush for this type of testing, I see prototype vehicles on Alligator Alley (Floridas I75) all the time. Most likely nothing to see here.

It's possible this was just testing the new tune (-10hp) for the '22MY GT

They are testing the GPF filters for the US market

I'm guessing here, but I think that is a testing car for the '21/'22 Roush Stage 3 cars.
Has the RS3 fender vents and RS3 grill. That is what makes me believe it's a Roush car in testing.
