Large trucking companies have warehouse space where trucks unload and are reloaded to be taken to their final destination. When a trucker pulls into a yard, a spotter is called to move the truck to the bay where the load will be processed. I know this because I know a spotter. He loved the job because he could do pretty much anything he wanted as long as he responded as soon as he was called on the radio.
Rail and trucking probably use pretty much the same terminology because instead of transferring between trucks, they are transferring between train and truck. It short it means your car is being transferred from train to truck and whenever the truck leaves, the next stop will be your dealer. If they work tomorrow, you should be able to see your car tomorrow afternoon at the latest. If not it will be Tuesday. Ask if there will be deliveries tomorrow.

This is good to know, I wasn't sure if they were working Monday. Only Mustang I seen at the yard yesterday was a Yellow one and it was being loaded on a truck. That was early Friday. Then late Friday there were trucks loaded in the back but I couldn't see what they were from the street.
I will be checking today. Mine hasn't received an updated delivery from the shipper to the dealer yet.

And from what I know "Spotted" is when the rail car is in line at the yard for waiting for unloading.

You can barely see a few mustangs in the lot today. I would say less than 8. They are in the back and hard to make out exactly what they are from the street. I didn't see any Grabber Blue but it was still early, before noon.
