I have the same and couldn't agree more with fitment and looking like they belong!
I've got these as well and am very happy with them. They have a very OEM look to them and installation was a breeze.

Anyone know how they are attached other than their wording, "easy to install" ?

If I remember correctly you just remove and reuse some of the existing fender liner fasteners. Super easy. Didn't have to remove any of the wheels.

I too purchased the ones listed in post 5 and he’s right, they do look like they belong there

As @MNPony stated - Remove appropriate wheel well liner screws and reuse. If I remember correctly there are 2 screws (1 each side) that are almost to short but ultimately worked in the end.
