On a hot day with the top down, the cooled seats are a blessing! When it's minus 20 in winter, the heated seats will be a greater blessing.

I've had both seats and while having some air movement through the seats was nice, I didn't think the volume of air moving through them warranted giving up the Recaros so that was my choice this go round and I don't have any complaints as of now.

Anyone know if the Recaros are anymore comfortable than the GT500 Recaros?

The main reason I didn't end up buying the DH that I went to test drive was because of the recaros didn't feel comfortable. I took the gt premium out and the seats were way more comfortable for me. NOT saying that the base seat is better for everyone I am saying that the recaros are not for me.

On a side note, the Recaro's help motivate me to keep myself trim and in shape so that I can fit in smoothly - since I don't think it's suitable for larger scale folks.

HAHA!! I'm on the "Ricardo" diet myself. My Mom keeps callign these seats Ricardos.... "ooh, you got the Ricardo's?"

So I'm trying to keep trim so I fit in my seats.

I find them comfortable, but are a snug fit for bigger fellows.

100% glad I got them.
