Rear underbody panel missing?

Not sure of the correct term but like the panel that needs removed under the engine to change the oil... there is also one shown under the trunk area from the diff back. I never looked at this on my car until last weekend when I was installing the Diode Dynamics / Form rear reflector lights and 4th brake light. The first step in their instructions for either part is to remove this aero panel. So, I backed the car up my ramps and rolled under and nothing. I can see the locations where it would attach. This is a vehicle bought new with only a few thousand miles on it so I know it was delivered this way.

So, the question is, does every S650 come with it or are there certain options that exclude it? The one in the DD/Form video had active exhaust so that's not it. The only other two things I can think of would be mine is a convertible and mine has the performance pack. Would either of those exclude the rear underbody panel? Any other thoughts on why it's not there? I suppose it could be a random misbuild but I'm thinking it's more than likely due to another option that conflicts with its installation... TIA...

I believe I gave the “ air deflector “ part number.

you'll also need the nuts for the bumper as well as two push clips, about seven 7mm socket size screws, and one 10mm socket size bolt and part numbers unknown
