Anyone know where this rattle is coming from? Its driving me crazy ive been trying to find it for months but no luck. Ive also been to the dealer and they said they couldnt find anything. I already removed the sun visor and headliner and theres nothing I can find that can be rattling.

Try the windshield. I have seen them creak in the past although not from a fratory install. Press very hard in different areas as the noise happens. I have also seen where the windshield would be fine and then creak under a certain temp.

Also good to have someone ride with you and listen. I have had rattles in the past that I swore were coming from a certain area, but were really somewhere else, and you couldn't tell with the limited position of your head while driving.

part of the electrode they use to weld the stiffening seams has fallen off, and the airbag clip is also making a lot of noise. You need to remove at least half of the upper trim and seal the clips / throw away the material that has fallen off from the welding.

you need to pull the headliner down on the left side. To do this, you need to remove the sun visor on the driver's side, the left pillar trim, the left central pillar trim. This way you can see the airbag mounts, the clips that attach these airbags to the car body. Seal them with electrical tape. On the headliner itself, there are plastic teeth that press the headliner to the roof. The weld fragment was under this plastic and rolled around when the car was moving.

under these inserts. In my case, part of the weld that came off was under this plastic behind the airbag closer to the center of the car. The clips are on the other side of the airbags.
