Yep,
I tried messing with the hinge adjustment but didn’t seem to do much.
So I just added a bunch ol layers of double stick tape on the passenger stop and put the rubber piece back over it
I’ll look into adjusting it. Never really took a close look as to how to correct it.

I have been too focused on getting the spoiler trunk module pressed back down. It’s only held level with the trunk with 3M tape, and I broke the seal pulling up the OEM spoiler. Can’t take the module off because I now have a black-out panel that covers both parts, and that’s taped in place. I snuck a fresh piece of 3M tape in between and it’s holding, but it’s still a bit higher than it was.

So now I am so annoyed every time I look closely at the rear passenger area of the trunk. I now have 2 seams that are uneven.

Doh! Isn’t working on cars fun! Lol
My stock spoiler seems to be coming off in middle section, 3m tape not installed correctly . Forgot about that until you mentioned spoilers.

It's not easy to line-up plastic and metal panels and have them retain that position. Several Mustang buddies have had to loosen and re-align panels from S197 to S650. Have seen the same on many other vehicles. That said my 2024 GT Premium Convertible lined-up really well. As good as any production vehicle these days gets. Spent 350K on a 38 foot cruiser. The panel alignments in the topside and cabins below were $hit. Cost the dealer (company) 25K to have an area specialist fix them. What we were used to no longer exists in far too many circumstances.

What OP picture shows is the fitment of the (plastic) rocker molding to the (metal) rear quarter panel.

I don't think you can adjust that, other than maybe ghetto-rigging it with some rubber padding against the inside surface of the rocker molding to make it bulge out more, flush with the RQP. Rocker molding basically snaps into place horizontally on plastic tabs.

TSB = Ford Quality control sucks!
My passenger side is like that on my Dark Horse.
Passenger side on my GT is the same way. Really the only bad panel gap on my car

Good reason to get a new spoiler? if your stock spoiler is that low profile one. I hated mine and couldn’t replace it fast enough.

Mine is the stock Dark Horse non-hp version. I actually really like it so no need to replace.

I need to see an assembly photo of this area to determine my best plan of attack!

Sunk is a great way to describe it. Is your trunk sunk on the passenger side? Mine is.
Mine was lower on the drivers side about 1/2”. I twisted the rubber stop out to get it even on both sides.
