Yup - first thing you should be worried about is "NEVER GETTING ONE" after you order it, if you order it.

Or more importantly:

1. Finding a slug dealer that will have an allocation, and give it to you at MSRP
2. Waiting till the 2025 order banks open (if they do cause I was told they are discontinuing this model)
3. Spending +$70K for a DH which is essentially a GT Performance Pack, minus the Tremec which you can get for about $57K
4. Then if you get by all the above and want to spend money foolishly - waiting a YEAR or more to get the car, if you ever get it. I say that from experience as I had a DH order that was JUST CANCELLED by Mother Ford with NO REASON GIVEN ... and that's no Bull Shit
Actually even less. Paid less than 54k for an ordered premium GT, PP, active exhaust, Magnaride, red brembos.

Hi All,

Long time M6G forum goer here. Currently have my 2021 GT Premium up for sale and am looking at a Dark Horse Premium.

I hate to admit it but I just miss driving a manual after the last couple of years and a 750hp supercharged 10 speed, while a lot of fun on the streets, is more geared towards the track than it is "old man weekend driving". If I can sell my current Mustang at a decent price I may actually be joining you folks over here.

I still hate the tail lights; blech!!! But the front end is starting to grow on me and the Dark Horse (or Dork Horse as my partner calls it) Premium front end is starting to grow on me!!!

Anything I should be wary about?
"Dork Horse," that's not bad. My wife refuses to get into mine. I'll just have to suffer by myself.

I had a Roush blower put on a 21 California Special which I traded in on a 22 HC Redeye…. I didn’t get $1 more for the $10k blower. Good luck with the sale!

That’s why I have to up for sale myself. The ford dealership asked if I was still gonna bring it in for them to look at but I’m not willing to take a 50-60% loss.

im also in zero rush and don’t have FOMO so if it moves awesome. If it doesn’t then the universe wills it so and I’ll keep enjoying.

Yup - better get the Vaseline 🤣🤣🤣

Unless you know (and who knows this) your gonna keep the car foreva’ - then if ya want - go for it. Circumstances change, so the car may need to go in which case you’re SCREWED…

The reason a dealer doesn't give you any extra for modifications like a supercharger is because of the fact that

1. the car will sit on the lot eating up their inventory floor financing waiting for
2. a buyer to come along who can pay the difference between "blue book" and the extras.

Buyers will only get financing for the blue book price of the car, which will not account for your modifications no matter how much YOU paid for them.
